Wish IE favorites had a search feature! I looked but can’t find the link from somewhere on PR to a gal in UK who’d made up 3 skirts: full circle, half circle and quarter circle. Personally, I love half circles like yours !! I’m making a new one next summer. Half is swingy enough for me yet not so much fabric it gets in the way. If you want to go fuller, you could split your pattern and flare it to 3/4. You could use the same yoke if you like. My instincts say if you go to full circle it might be better to use a plain regular waistband instead of yoke. I’m not sure why - it’s just a hunch. If you have wide fabric you can cut a whole circle in one piece !
