|This is my 3rd quilt and my first double-sized one.|
I love Log Cabin Quilts as you can have a lot of fun with colour and how you arrange the blocks. I started this 2 years ago and refuse to start quilts without finishing the last (yeah I know lets see how long that lasts lol) so now I'm free to start another quilt! The reason I left it so long is because I couldn't justify spending $$ on someone else quilting it, and I am sooooo not willing to hand quilt anything. I decided to machine quilt it which was difficult on my little sm which has 6 inches of space for the quilt. The middle quilted sections look pretty bad but I feel like there wasn't much I could do. The rest is a lot better, and hey it was my 2nd time with FMQ!

The back had lots of puckering so I guess I should put more time into pinning and stretching the fabric?
Anyway, despite all the imperfections I love it and am so glad I finally finished it!!
