Nice dress. I find clear elastic too hard to use and too bulky. Use lingerie elastic instead or lightweight fold over elastic cut in half lengthways. Cut it 2" shorter than the length of the neckline. Works a treat.

You need a prize for the border print placement. Great dress!

I love your dress . The fabric is gorgeous. For the use of clear elasticiteit as follows : The seam should be as wide as your elastic. Measure the seam you want to elastice. Take 10 % off. Pin it on the wroNg Side of the fabric and sew it on place with a zigzag . Turn to the wrong Side and sew again with a zigzag. Exercise this first on scrips. the idea is that it Endstra to be a firm edge and that there be (almost) no gathers

This looks great on you...super cute fabric. I'm not a fan of clear elastic, it's so stiff.

Love that dress. Fabric is gorgeous too. Clear elastic - don't stretch it too much - just hold firm.
