I'd had some printed ones, but when I got married and changed my name I ordered nicer-quality woven labels. Go to www.nationalweavingusa.com. They will send you a free set of samples. I didn't end up ordering a "custom" label (their term for if they use your original design). I got their standard 1/2" wide label, but they have lots of color and style choices.
