|This is an easy sew, although I had a hard time at first because I haven't sewn a Burda style pattern in a long time. There were no sizes marked on the pattern itself. I had to estimate which line was what.|
I went with what I thought was a size 40 (turns out this is too large for me!).
I used a thermal knit I got from fabric.com years ago.
Once I realized it was HUGE, I took it in the best I could, so the yokes at the top are shorter because I wanted the next smaller, and I took it in almost 2" on each side, which has left the sleeves longer than they should be. Overall I still like it, I can't wait to try it again in a smaller size. Fast sew!!
I love kangaroo pockets!
In the photo I had not hemmed the bottom yet.
I think the yokes will make it easy to switch up fabric, maybe even do some mesh or lace at the top!
