|Pattern Description: |
Misses' pull-on A-line skirt, has elastic waistline casing, optional sash, with or without flounce or ruffled hem bands.
I made view D, the skirt with upper and lower flounce.
I cut and sewed between size S and M.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, it is identical to the drawing on the pattern envelope.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, they were detailed.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I find the upper and lower flounce, finished in a narrow hem, very flattering.
I like how simple and very easy it was to sew them to the lower edge of the skirt.
I do not have any dislikes.
Rayon Linen Blend.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I lined the skirt and I sewed it as it is with no alteration.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others
I would like to make this skirt again in a print fabric.
I would recommend this pattern to others. The skirt looks complicated to do, but the flounce hem bands were very easy and pleasant to install.
Simple and fun to sew project.
