sounds like a really nice looking bag. Is is possible to get some pictures of it would be interested in seeing it.

I am working on it. I took photos before I mailed the bag to our niece today. Now I have to get my SIL to walk me through the process of posting photos.

I really like this pattern. I usually hate even the thought of sewing bags, and rarely do, but this was easy and fun. I agree that this is nicer to carry than the little fanny packs, and looks a lot less dorky too:).

Can't wait to see the pictures, it sounds lovely. BTW I admit it - I carry a dorky fanny pack because it is easy to snap around me when assisting my friends who use wheelchairs. I did buy this pattern tho after the first review to decrease my dork factor but haven't made it yet. I am now really motivated by your description of your embellishment. Thanks for the review. :)
