I saw your jacket on my Flickr feed a few days ago and fell in love with it. How you managed to do such gorgeous buttonholes in boucle fabric is a marvel. I also admire your bias pockets and 3 piece sleeves. Beautiful work!

Gorgeous! Love the color combo, that trim is perfect and I don't think that fabric is bland at all!

Your jacket is a thing of beauty. Just in time for Valentine's Day. Since you are an experienced tailor, I am wondering how long it took to make this.

Beautiful! I love how you treated the lining using a red then the white. The braided trim is beautiful too, where did you purchase it?

Thanks a lot for all nice words! @caroljeancarmichael I took time to make it... I did not calculated yet. I was forced to take long breaks in between. @Sharlovestosew I have bought the trim in online shop with all sewing supplies.

Fabulous job - I'm in the muslin stage of mine and am thinking of omitting the underarm bodice panel and adjusting the back pieces accordingly. It's soooo thin. Did you do the same or is your underarm seaming impeccable? If mine turns out half as nicely as yours I'll be pleased as punch!

@CostumeDeeva Thanks! FYI - I cut an use all pieces mentioned. Matching the pattern was sometimes a challenge - but I love it. Make seamallowances at least 2,5 cm (1") or even twice as much. This will help when matching, sewing and fitting. You will trim them later.
