Pattern Description:

Pattern has many separate pieces. I chose to make top C

Pattern Sizing:

This is multi-sized. I measured for 24, but have used the pattern before and knew that 22 would be fine.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Were the instructions easy to follow?

Since I've made this before, I didn't look at instructions.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?

I love the butterfly sleeves and ruffled peplum.

Fabric Used:

cotton knit with gold flecks

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:

I raised the back neckline and shoulders 1". The front neckline I raised 1-1/2"

This is a snowy day project. We've had a once-in-a-century snowfall. Everything is closed.

I had bought this t-shirt (bottom was cut up a couple days ago for another project) from a thrift store for $.50. It was definitely too small (M), but I like the embellishment.

I found a couple pieces of fabric to make the top and decided on the red knit with gold flecks. It picks up the colors of the flowers nicely.

I made a lettuce edge rolled hem for peplums and sleeves.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?

This is my third round with this pattern and probably won't be my last. It is a nice pattern and is easy to give a new look.

This was a fun snow-day project

Gorgeous! How creative to add those flowers. It really, really adds to the outfit! The lettuce edge is awesome. You did a wonderful job on putting all your creative juices together to make a gorgeous garment! Congratulations.

Darling, darling, darling top! (And is that 2 . . . or 3 . . . felicitous felines I see prowling the premises? Pretty, pretty kitties!)

Good save on the flowers. I like this top and have made it three times. I think it's a sleeper.
