Pattern Description:
Pattern Sizing:
Multisize. I started with a 42 waist and a 40 hip going by my measurements but I've had to take in the waist so next time I will start with a 40 waist
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Very easy, the side seams are sewn near the end so you can adjust the fit.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Simple and pockets too
Fabric Used:
Bronze denim bought from the Goldhawk Rd, London several years ago, (used some to make HP Plain & Simple Slouchy Fly Front Skirt and loved the way it looks smarter than blue denim. Used a William Morris style print for the yoke facing and lined the skirt as I think skirts are always better lined

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Used an ordinary zip as I wasn't sure about a concealed with denim. I used my coverstitch machine to sew the hem which made a neat finish but still kept a smart look
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes because it's really easy to run up and has neat pockets, I'm thinking linen for summer
Very wearable and easy to make

Looks nice. I've wondered about this pattern as I too am a Fan of her drafting. I can't access you photos via the link by the way.

It looks like a comfy skirt with the contoured waistband. I think you need to make your photos public.
