Cute dress - and I vote for no slip. I just think it's really a very pretty style on you without the extra stuff! How about posting another picture without the slip and we can do a comparison? Good review!

Cute dress. I think the idea behind the slip is for the overdress to be quite sheer. since yours isn't, it's probably best without the slip. However, the slip looks like it's a dress on it's own!

You are ready for summer! Very nice. I can't remember the name for the lingerie strap thingie either but I never thought of a thread chain! I usually use a scrap of 1/4" elastic or ribbon but thread chain would be quicker to sew onto the snap, no?
