Men's and women's weekend T-shirt. Pattern Sizing:
Sizes range from 6-26 in the pattern envelope. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes it did. Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions are minimal, but very easy to follow. There's only a few pattern pieces to work with so it's hard to mess up.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I just like the easy, relaxed style of the shirt. It is very comfortable to wear. No dislikes. Fabric Used:
I used cotton interlock knit for both the shirts I made. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
The only thing I did different is to lengthen the sleeves. The pattern calls for a 3/4 sleeve for the women's shirt. I did add a few inches length to the bottom of the green shirt as well. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes I will sew this again. The fit is great. I would recommend this to others as a great basic tee.
Conclusion: I love this pattern. The fit is great. It's easy to make. I may try another from a different type of knit (maybe a light-weight knit for Spring/Summer). Here is what I wrote about this on my blog.
