Pattern Description:
Choice of 3 valances and a roman shade

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? The instructions included are very good, but I received this pattern as part of a Craftsy class "Sewing Custom Valances".

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the simple design

Fabric Used: Home Dec cotton duck from Joann's

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: You must take the measurements for your window. The instructions explain how to measure properly to get the look you want for the length of your mounting board.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, I will use this pattern to make a roman shade for my door.

Conclusion: very good pattern and I'm glad I took the class to go along with the pattern, it made it seem easy.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful work and excellent color choice! I watched that Craftsy show last year but never got around to making them. You certainly have inspired me. I have the same 3 windows together, how did you handle the long boards?

SewingTN- my board is 120" but it really wasn't that bad handling it. Just have to watch where you swing it! I do have a large table in my sewing room so I was able to lay it down to do my stapling. You can do it!
