|This pattern has been extensively reviewed, but I thought I'd add my 2-cents as well.|
Pullover top rated Very Easy. I made view D
8-10-12-14. I made the 10.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, but it was not as flattering on me. It was pretty frumpy looking. I think there's a reason they show the model with it tucked in her trousers!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Pretty easy. I don't recall any difficulties.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked that it was easy to assemble. I disliked the style. I found it to be pretty unflattering. I know there were a few other reviewers who felt the same way about it. I still wear it, though, when it is really warm outside and I don't care that I look a bit frumpy. The placement for the elastic waist ends up being closer to an Empire-type style when you wear it.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
The only modification that I made was I enhanced the trim down the front. I added a fake placket and buttons with lace on both sides, instead of just a piece of lace as the pattern suggests.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I don't think I'll make it again; however, if I do, I'll move the elastic waist placement down a couple of inches.
This is a quick, easy to sew top, but it wasn't flattering on me.
