The key a nice blouse is good fitting and you have achieved it. Thanks for reminding about soluble thread--have some, but haven't used it.

Very attractive summer blouse. Like the collar and sleeve detail as well as the tie in back. That fabric looks like oxford cloth. Is it?

Irina, not an oxford cloth, but a plain weave (1x1), yarn dye pink in the warp to form the stripes.
