|Pattern Description: A cheniille fleece hat|
My ASG sewiwng group decided to play with the chenille technique and see what we could come up with. I decided to use fleece. In doing that I only used 2 layers and sewed the lines 3/4" apart. I made 6 5"x5" squares, sewed them in a circle. added a 10" diameter circle for the top. Then a 4" wide band that I sewed as if it were a binding. You get a nice rounded edging when you do that.
This all took about 2 hours except for the final hand stitching.
I used less than half a yard of fleece for this. This is a great project for your left over fabric.
Conclusion: Feel free to try this pattern yourself and have fun.
