I love your diaper covers! I have this pattern too and was wondering, do you think you could make the covers out of a single layer of 2 mil PUL (it has a sort of knit outer & pul inner)?

Your results look very professional, and you're smart to make lots of them. I had time to make only 2 and had to supplement with store-bought, which aren't nearly as good. Best of luck to you and your little one!

Thanks for all the nice comments! My tip for the binding is use the 1" fold over elastic. It practially applies itself!

Very cute! I made a lot of diapers a few years ago, but only one cover because the binding gave me a hard time. Do you have any tips?
