I'm just about finished with this jacket, and I love the fit, but I didn't understand about the pocket either. Right now, mine are unfinished, but only I can tell. I'd love more information about the zip installation. Mine appears to be right, but the jacket doesn't lie flat in front which has me wondering if I did something wrong.

What did you do about the pocket? There are no directions on how to stitch it. Nothing is said about stitching around it.

A nice, sleek jacket. I can't believe that no one else has reviewed it. Thank you for sharing your experience with the pattern.

I am currently working on this pattern and am attempting to construct the pocket. The first pocket instruction is on page 1- section 2. Interface. Reinforce facing. Pin one facing to front. Stitch between circles. Clip. Trim. Turn to inside. Press. Baste side edges together. Topstitch opening. However, I cannot find the how to finish the pocket as there is no other mention of it in the instruction. There is only 1 pocket piece. After basting, are we supposed to stitch the pocket to the front? What did you do? Thanks in advance!
