Teeny tots to yummy mummies

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

yes, other than my change to the waistband

Were the instructions easy to follow?

Yes! This was the first thing I had sewn in almost ten years, and I didn't exactly have any experience that counts before that.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
no dislikes but I love how rtw they look despite my beginner sewing level
Fabric Used:

stretchy polertec

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:

I hate the feeling of elastic squishing my sacroiliac joints so I made the waistband just a fold over instead by just stitching the contrast peices to the top of the facing.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?

I have made two more pairs for myself, one for my sister-in-Law and one for my mum. I love this pattern.

one of my fave patterns ever.

If I make these, will they enable me to do that? :) Seriously now, very nice yoga pants.

Thanks!! Haha spinal hyperflexion is pretty genetic. Other aspects of flexibility are completely trainable tho. ;)

Impressive, on all counts! nothing like an endorsement for a 'sporting' pattern from one who practices that sport. Great review.. welcome back to sewing

If I make these, will I become as flexible as you? :-) And welcome back to sewing (I love that phrase)!

Not the best photo to showcase the pants. I'm sure you did a good job, but you really can't tell from the pix.
