Fabric:Wool Crepe  [See other projects in this fabric]
Pattern Description: envelope says "loose-fitting lined dress has yoke front, back zipper and narrow hem, topstitching." long sleeve and sleeveless version.

Pattern Sizing: 6 - 22 I made size 12 with alterations

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, although I did 2 colors not 3.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes they seemed Ok.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the colorblock look and I liked the simplicity of the bodice on this dress. The skirt shape is also very nice, kind of flowy but not too wide. very easy to wear.

Fabric Used: Wool crepe in 2 colors.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I did a number of adjustments for fit and style. Reshaped armhole to make it less wide at shoulder. Raised armhole 1/2 inch. Took up at shoulder 1/2 inch. Took in at side seam about 1/2 inch each side. Shortened back bodice about 1 inch. Typical adjustments I always need to do for my height and shape.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I don't think I would sew it again as it is rather distinctive but now that I have it fitting so well I could see making a long sleeve version for winter.

Conclusion:
I love this dress - probably because of the vibrant color and simple shape.
