Pattern Description: The ultimate fully-lined, special-occasion dress with crinoline. View A features a Peter Pan collar, tulip cap sleeves, tubular waistband, and front bow detail. View B is sleeveless and has a modified Peter Pan collar and a bow at the back.

Pattern Sizing: I made my 2.5 year old a size 2T.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Pretty much

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, extremely easy.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I really like the styling of this one and how you can mix up the elements to come up with very different looking dresses.

Fabric Used: I used a navy cotton with tiny white anchors and stars printed on it.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I didn't use either of the included waist band finishes. Instead, I made up a couple bias strips, stitched them together, turned, and topstitched to the dress after the bodice and skirt were sewn together. I also didn't bother with the crinoline.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would absolutely sew it again. I would love to try out a version with the sleeves.

Conclusion: Great pattern, you can change it up to make it a little more casual or dress it up with a different fabric choice and the big tie bow.
