Pattern Description: This pattern has a jacket, skirt and top in it. I made the top

Pattern Sizing: I made a 12 at the neck, going to a 14 at hips. I thought the fit was perfect. My bust is about 34".

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, except for my design change. I decided to just bind the collar instead of making the stand collar.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, this is a really easy top to put together.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the simplicity and I think the top has a retro, but not costume-y vibe.

Fabric Used: Some sort of crinkle polyester bought from joanns or hancocks ages ago.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lengthened it an inch, but need to lengthen it one more next time.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes and Yes. I like fun little tops.

Conclusion: Cute top! A little more discussion on my blog.

Burda sometimes hides their nicest tops inside other patterns - this is the case here.Love the design of this and must add to my "must get" list for the next sale which come only once a blue moon.

I have been wanting to make this. It looks like you left off the collar. How did you finish the neckline? - with binding?
