Pattern Sizing: I made a combo of a 10/12, but ended up adding 1" total to the side seams at the end, so probably a 12/14

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Pretty much, which means I should have paid more attention to what I didn't like in the photo!

Were the instructions easy to follow?I didn't really use them much, as the sleeveless blouse is easy to sew.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I had hoped that the large number of darts (12) would give a nice shape, but I think they only contributed to my issues. I had major issues with this pattern. The collar is huge, which I guess I should have realized, but it looks worse in the sleeveless version. In my size it extends past the armholes. There is no back collar at all, which causes the back to look strange. It's also very wide at center back (and I am broad shouldered!) and the armholes are quite large. With only four buttons, the buttonband does not have enough support to stay flat.

Fabric Used:Tana lawn, with a sew-in poplin as interfacing for the fronts/collar.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I edgestitched around the collar, in an attempt to make it look less homemade. It didn't really help. I also used bias binding on the armholes, as I didn't have enough fabric to cut the facings, and I don't like armhole facings.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?I doubt I will wear this. There are much better shirt patterns, and I recommend avoiding this one.

Conclusion: Not a success. More photos of my issues may be found on my blog.

What a shame you don't like it. I think you should team it with a full skirt (box pleat or such) and straw hat, grab a good book and a blanket and go on that picnic! Thanks for the review. If it helps, your 'waste of time' was very helpful to me.
