Pattern Description: Lined dress has princess seams, close-fitting bodice, raised waist, stitched hems, back zipper, and unlined sleeve variations. I made view E.

Pattern Sizing:14-22. I made size 22.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yes. I think so

Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes they were.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I love the way it is cut in the waist. Very flattering. This pattern came together very quickly. I'm a beginner and I found the instructions for the lining very understandable.

I wasn't crazy about the hand stitching. But I guess that's me being lazy.
Fabric Used:Cotton purchased at Walmart

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I add one inch to lengthen the dress.

Would you sew it again? Yes, I would. I'm looking forward to making view B or C. This is a perfect sun dress for the summer. Would you recommend it to others?Definitely!

Conclusion: I enjoyed this project and I think it's a nice challenge or a beginner without being overwhelming. The fit of this dress feels so good, so feminine. I thinking adding a lining to anything is just frustrating because I want to finish the project quickly. But this was worth it. I love my dress.

Very pretty fabric and a great fit. Kudos for forging thru the lining. It's definitely worth the extra effort.
