Fabric:Rayon-Lycra Knit  [See other projects in this fabric]
Pattern Description: Top with princess seams, long sleeves, and 2 choices of neckline: 1) key hole neck , 2) t-shirt neck

Pattern Sizing: XXS - XXL I think sleeves and waist run shorter on LH patterns than on Big4 patterns.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? yea

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It goes together quickly. Though I'd rather have a collar facing than just folding it over.

Fabric Used: Rayon lycra fashion fabric and rayon underlining.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I underlined it to add body to the fashion fabric. This was a new technique for me. I like it. The whole shirt looks and feels more substantial this way. I didn't center the button. By mistake. I will change that. Someday.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes. Yes. This is a great basic top.

Conclusion: I like the top. I learned how to underline. I think underlining does make the shirt looks nicer. I'll underline again. I think it's worth the added expense.

Your top turned out beautifully. Underlining was a great idea. I've just started making a muslin for the other view. Hope it goes as well as yours!

LOL Cute, on the "I will change that. Someday." Looks great as it is, so I expect that someday will be a while from now. Underlining is a great idea.

This does look very nice! Quite fancy and not basic, I do agree. Love those princess lines, it's very flattering.
