Pattern Description:

This is my 2nd dress from this pattern. I've already written a full review of my first dress in a beautiful double gauze.

Even though I wasn't crazy about this style on me (I'd even thrown out the pattern pieces in trash, I decided to give it another try in a knit this time and I must say that I like it so much better!

Pattern Sizing: I used the same size as for my woven version (XS).

I made the high-low hem in this one and I love it. I like how swingy it is and if I am sick of it, I can always chop it off. I omitted the pockets in this dress because well I don't need pockets in a knit dress.

Because it is a knit, it was a breeze to sew. I left the sleeves unhemmed (I hate the way they stick out like wings at the shoulder seam when they're hemmed, so I left it raw). I did hem the bottom and I like how the little hem of the back shows from the front, if you know what I'm talking about.

I bound the neck using my favorite binding method. Easy peasy.

Fabric Used: ITY Knit from Polka dot of course

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I don't think I'll sew this style again. I feel like I've gotten enough use from this pattern. If you gave up like I did before, do try it in a knit. You may change your mind like I did.
