What a great teacher, and what a great class.
Sarah is so incredibly generous with her expertise and her teaching style. She makes a point of "thinking out loud" and taking you through how she would approach each interfacing decision, so you can identify and understand the factors you need to consider. Her videos demonstrate each step so thoroughly that all of a sudden you might realize you've been doing things in a way that, come to think of it, actually never did make any sense....:-)
She wants us to be what she calls thinking sewers, and she devotes a great deal of thought and care to teaching us how to be.
The course was really well planned, and it hit every one of the nagging questions I've accumulated about interfacings over many years. |
