| I took this class to get out of my every day attitude to sewing. I also wanted to explore different embellishment techniques. This provided both. This class combines decorative sewing machine stitches, hand embroidery, and couching to create texture on fabric. It was fun, easy and a mental stimulant. It got me out of my sewing blah and I had fun with it. I didn't do the class exactly as described, in that you were supposed to have completed a wall hanging by the end of the class. I just made my completed project the front pocket of a purse I was making. If you want to sew, but are tired of pattern to paper to project routine, this is a nice break. |
