Ladies & Gents, if you have never sewed before or a seasoned sewer, you will be able to do this well thought out video class. I personally find that reading instructions sometimes overwhelm me, but with these videos you don't need to go back and forth with instruxs, Jennifer takes you Step by Step through the whole construction of this T Shirt, from measurements, pattern adjustments (and if you don't understand, just ask her), fabrics to different ways of laying out your pattern pieces.(which by the way, I found very informative as I am not creative and she showd me how to lay pieces out on the cross grain).
Another class went on to help me understand the differential feeds on my serger and how to set it up for Knits and other fabrics. Jennifer also took the time to show us how to set up our sewing machine for knit sewing.
Jennifer's TIPS were jewels that you would take with you to every project like the sewing of smaller pieces with your serger, correcting mistakes done with your serger, pressing tips for not stretching your fabric.
Don't be afraid of the sleeve set in, she takes you through step by step and finally the finishing of your Tee. I found the video so much more informative than the instrux in the pattern. She showed me how to measure acurately (not my usual way using an awl, I used an ice pick) with different options of finishing your neck, hem and sleeve.
This class is packed full of new and old and things we have forgotten and reinforces what we already knew.
I highly recommend this Class to everyone, we all know that we know it all but there is always room to learn something new. Beginners don't be afraid to take this class, you will love it and you Seasoned Sewer, if you want to know how to sew a knit with a serger, wait till you see how easy it is to fit and sew from start to finish.

This sounds like a great class especially sewing a T-shirt with a serger. Good review. Thanks.
