When applying heat sensitive heat tape to seal the seams on outerwear use tissue paper as you would a press cloth. Using a cotton/wool setting position the tape on the seam. Press so that it starts to stick. Reposition the paper and press again. Do so until it's solidly bound to the fabric.

Not sure - used it for my jacket. The jacket is supplex so I think it would work. It's made by Melco and I got it from Seattle Fabrics. I wish it came in more colors though - looking for some that does! Right now it's grey and black.

Dear Annenet, thanks for your tip ! Can I ask you why your tip is specifically for outerwear fabric ? Can we use this on any other ordinary fabric ? Thanks in advance.
