Have you bought anything from this store? If yes were the prices competitive?
I bought a Rasant thread chart, a set of Klasse needles and Birch ballpoint pins. Prices were the cheapest I had found online in Australia for the thread and sewing machine needles (they also stock Schmetz). I couldn't find the thread charts for sale anywhere else, but it was $7.95 which seemed more than fair for such a large chart.
Were the sales people polite and friendly?
I didn't really have any contact with them.
How would you rate the quality of the item this store sells?
The items I ordered were good. Most of the notions seem on the cheaper end of the scale eg. Birch products, but I guess most Aussies will recognise the brands? They also stocked quite a lot of other craft stuff.
How was your shopping experience. Is there anything you did not like about this store?
It was great, the check out process was simple and postage was very good. I was charged $6.00 for postage based on weight, which ended up being less than the $6.60 the store paid for the postage, on top of the large padded bag, backing cardboard and bubble wrap they used. I ordered on Thursday afternoon and it must have been sent straight away as I received it on Monday in Sydney.
It seemed a bit strange that Thread and Rasant Thread were two different categories. Other than that I would love it if they expanded their range!
