Have you bought anything from this store? If yes were the prices competitive? Purchased a top of the line Pfaff sewing machine
Were the sales people polite and friendly? before buying, yes.
How would you rate the quality of the item this store sells? ok
Would you shop here again? Never. After the sale, if your machine has issues, there will be less and less service. I brought my new machine in 5 times - each time they were a little less friendly. This last time, the tech (Brad) would not speak to me, the owner (Carla, the crazy woman) got in my face (literally - she was about 4 inches from me) and she finally told me to take my machine somewhere else. I was completely stunned because things were very calm up until then! This is the dealer we all have nightmares about. I had done my homework prior to purchase, but she still fooled me...she is that good. There are no classes here for Pfaff machines, BTW, no matter what they tell you before you buy. I had a friend with me who had been machine shopping too - she was speechless, and at one point even stepped in. I am almost 70 years old so you can believe me when I say I was fearful and totally in shock at this attack.
Would you recommend this store to others? Never
Any other comments you would like to add? Buying here was truly the biggest mistake of my life.

Wow, I have never had an experience like that at ASM and I shop there all the time. I bought my Brother Embroidery Machine there and get my other machines (mom's old BabyLock, my 1993 Singer, etc. serviced there). 2/8/13 1:47 AM
