Have you bought anything from this store? If yes were the prices competitive?Yes. I consider it a "destination" Joann for fabric, since it is 45 minutes from my house and I have another smaller Joann only 10 minutes away. I recently was there for the 50% off Red Tag sale and picked up some fabrics at 50% off clearance prices : two cotton flannel prints for tops that are charming and that I have not seen at my other Joann, not juvenile and not plaid! In addition I bought some Sew Classics blue stretch denim that I love but always hesitate to buy at full price. In addition, there were some wonderful wool knits (full price $24.95) . Obviously it carries all the regular Joann merchandise as well.

Were the sales people polite and friendly?Yes very much so and Kathy the manager is wonderful...she came from my closer store, so I have known her for years.

How would you rate the quality of the item this store sells?
I am giving this particular Joann 4 thumbs up because it has a manager who insists on having all of the higher end Joann fabric.

How was your shopping experience. Is there anything you did not like about this store?It's location is inconvenient for me but as I said worth the trip every now and then as an excursion.

Would you shop here again?Absolutely! The fact that I can find higher end fabric here that my closer Joann does not carry makes it worh the trip.

Would you recommend this store to others?Absolutely. Worth taking a ride or if you happen to live near Waterford, you are lucky to have a fabric shop like this near you.
