Sew Vac Direct had replacement serger blades for my Compulock 888 at a good price. They also had Ott-Lite bulbs on clearance.
I placed an internet order, easy and clear.
A fast Email confirmation.
Items arrived with excellent packaging, plenty of bubble wrap.
The serger knives looked great.
The Ott-Lite bulb lit up fast, and had good even lighting. In less than 1 week the new Ott-Lite bulb stopped working.
I was not happy, but I just didn't feel like going through the hassle of getting a refund.
Then I received a follow-up email from SewVacDirect asking if I would like to review my purchases...
So I reviewed both items.
5 stars on the blades.
1 star on the bulb and that it failed so quickly.
Monday the phone machine had a message from SewVacDirect saying they saw my review, and were giving me a refund on the light bulb and that they were sorry for the trouble and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do.
WOW!
That is customer service!!!
Great job SewVacDirect!
