Have you bought anything from this store? If yes were the prices competitive?
Yes I have bought from this store. The prices are always competitive. But think warehouse outlet off price not fabric store like JoAnns. Were the sales people polite and friendly? The sales people are very busy. But they are helpful and polite.
How would you rate the quality of the item this store sells? This is a store where you can find first quality fabric and also seconds and imperfects so you have to watch as the cutter unrolls your intended purchase to be sure there are no defects.
How was your shopping experience. Is there anything you did not like about this store?
You have to take the good with the bad....the prices are incredibly low and occasionally your purchase will not live up to your expectations, I have never tried to return something because the shop makes no representations....it is buyer beware. I am not sure what their exchange or refund policy is. I bought some poly ITY knit there last year that crocked so badly that it did not even look like a print after washing. The price was low..$2.99 a yard...so I used it as a knit muslin essentially to test a new pattern. Would you shop here again?Absolutely...but see my review of the SAS on Indian School ...I would prefer that location.
Would you recommend this store to others?Yes, if you are patient and want to spend an hour or so looking for a gem at a great price that might work for you. No if you are looking for a particular fabric for a particular project.
Any other comments you would like to add?I love just going and seeing what they have. If you happen to hit just when they have received a shipment of linen or cotton knit or beautiful rayon challis, the bargains are to die for. But good fabric sells out fast so each time you go it is like going to the casino...sometimes Lady Luck smiles and sometimes she frowns.
