I was very eager to get a copy of Vogue 7823, the Betzina Bias dress, and had been looking for a while. I found it on this site. The ordering was very easy. I had a change of heart on the sizing, and they were able to handle the change in the order very smoothly. The price was reasonable. For the date of the order to receipt was about 5 days, including a weekend.
How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?
yes, it's quite friendly, and they seem to offer an extensive collection of OOP sewing and needlework patterns. Apparently they may have many items not indexed on the site. they suggest e-mailing them if you are looking for something in particular. The search function does seem to work well.
Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart? Yes, commercial, prices are fine, shopping cart was secure (a google shopping experience, my first)
How is the customer service? Excellent! I recommend them for that alone.
Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time? Yes, as described above, handled smoothly, arrived quickly, accommodated a change easily.
Would you recommend this site to others?
Yes, this will probably be my first go to if I am looking for an OOP pattern

I think their prices on recent Vogue OOPs are very high. I prefer to search on ebay where the same pattern is often ten or even twenty dollars cheaper. But thanks for your very helpful review.
