How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?
I personally like the daily update on the home page because Linda will let you know what kind of fabrics will be posted soon. Everything is separated into categories like fiber content or colors, though my favorite is "Pants and Skirt Fabric." Having to go back to the store to see another category is a bit annoying but that's minor. Most fabrics have washing instructions on the detail page which is great and I've found the pictures to be very accurate.

Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart?
This is a commercial site and the prices are mid range. Linda will run specials for time to time, sign up to the email list of these. The secure shopping cart allows users to pay with credit card, paypal, or call up on the phone.

How is the customer service?
Customer service is excellent. If Linda has a lot of orders to fill she will email you and ask if your order needs to be rushed. If a fabric goes out of stock but she can get more she will email you to tell you when it will arrive. Her swatching service is free and the swatches are mailed promptly.

Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time?
I've placed several orders with Linda and am always happy with the quality of the fabric. Since I'm also in Pennsylvania orders often come to my house the next day when items are in stock.

Would you recommend this site to others?
Yes I would. This happens to be one of my favorite sites. It's a real pleasure to purchase from someone with good customer service, which is something the home sewer does not get from the Philadelphia center city shops.

Nancy K	6/4/09	My favorite too. I live in New York and get things next day too if she sends UPS. I love when roll ends go up but you have to be quick to get what you want! I bought a Pantone color set just so that I can check out the color, but her descriptions are usually enough. She has the best pictures of fabrics of any online site imop. You can really get a feel for how a fabric drapes.
