My opinion - poor customer service all the way around. I am not happy with their advertising timelines and thought when they stated they would send the downloadable product Mythreadbox within 48 hours they would stand behind their advertising. I received 4 emails from this company stating they could not get in touch with the product creator. I had wanted the product immediately and they couldn't send product within the timeline they advertised. It is interesting to note that anything downloaded and paid for through Paypal isn't disputable. Paypal doesn't cover downloadable "virtual" items. Thats an important discovery.
Its a reminder now to check into a company's practices before purchasing.

That was the idea - to let others know. I really appreciate it when others share their experiences also. That is why I love this website.
