How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf Nikki has a great website that gives you a really good view of the fabrics she has to offer.
Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart? All fabrics are high end, however Nikki, who once owned a very exclusive fabric store in Virginia, offer's unbelievable prices for pre-cut pieces. I have shopped securely and she accepts PAYPAL.
How is the customer service? Nikki is awesome. I first starting buying from her on EBAY a few years ago. She is incredibly accommodating. If you need samples she is more than happy to assist you.
Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time? I am a very picky shopper when it comes to fabrics. I have had a long relationship with Nikki and have purchased well over $1500 in fabrics from her over the past three years on EBAY. However most recently I now use her website. She has beautiful designer cottons, silks and wools. I purchased some mink/cashmere fabric for an overcoat for my husband at an unbelievable price. No way I could have afforded this any where else. The fabric was exquisite. Additionally, she ships very quickly. I have never had to wonder when my fabric was coming.
Would you recommend this site to others?If you are a fabric snob like me and you want the best at great prices then I highly recommend you check out Nikki's site. I have a custom business and I have bought fabrics from Nikki for my clients.
