How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?It is an easy site to navigate; the charge extra if you order over the phone.

Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart?The prices are not a great deal for ready made products. However, if you want something special like a luggage zipper, they will make one for you.

How is the customer service?Extremely helpful and accomodating.

Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time?Rush order on 4 long luggage style zippers and they arrived as discussed.

Would you recommend this site to others?If you are looking for a specific heavier than normal zipper or a special type of zipper, this is the place.
