How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf? It's ok to surf, pretty user friendly.
Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart? The prices are fairly good. Shopping cart is pretty straightfoward and secure.
How is the customer service? It's horrible. First off, I would suggest anyone avoid this site! They claim they're patterns are "Purchase your pattern through our secure server. Log-in to our state-of-the-art user interface, select your size, and print your pattern directly to your desktop printer. That's it! You have your pattern instantly." Well, it is NOT instant! First time I ordered from them about 6 months ago, same thing, and although after about 36 hours after my order it was resolved, there is no excuse for this happening again. It's now going on 13hours I've been waiting for this download, I've contacted their support 5 times now and someone said they'd "look into it." If you want a pattern, don't bother with printandsew.com, go to your fabric store, you'll get it quicker.
Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time? Yes, and NO! Read above. =( Would you recommend this site to others?No, I really would not, I don't think they're very trustworthy.

I can honestly say my experience has been completely different. I recently bought two patterns from sewingpatterns.com This takes you to printsew.com to print the patterns and I have had both patterns immediately ready to print. I have also downloaded some of the free patterns and again got them right away. This is such a boon to me, as I do not have a shop nearby to purchase and so don't have to wait for mail order. I am sorry you have not had the same experience.
