How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?It's very easy to use. They are placing more and more of their inventory online, but you'll need to call for anything not listed.

Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart?This is a secure web site. Most of the prices are very good as they offer a lot of online-only sales with good discounts.

How is the customer service?Haven't used it.

Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time?Yes. I purchased some Kaufman denim on sale for 30% off. Shipping was very reasonable. I live only 60 miles from the store, and I received my order neatly packaged two days after placing the order. To me it indicates they are filling their orders immediately.

Would you recommend this site to others?Yes. Sign up for their email to receive sales and other special notices.
