Looks like they only ship full bolts of fabric? I found the linen I am looking for for a project but have to buy 25 yards, however the price for 25 yds is the same as what I would have paid for the 5 yds I need elsewhere. |

I had a terrible time with them. Just awful. They didn't ship my items until I reported them (and the charge on your charge card takes immediately). When they finally shipped them, the two bolts I was hoping for did not come. They were on 'backorder'. This was after 3 weeks of getting them to ship and the items were not on backorder when I ordered. I was furious, especially since one was a bolt of muslin to help make a wedding dress for my future DIL. They NEVER EVER communicated with me and didn't ship until I threatened to report them to the BBB and the internet FBI site. They didn't believe me, I guess, and when I did report them and they got the communication from the 2, they shipped. I will never ever do business with them again. By the way, I looked into them and they have changed names a bunch of times and I thought that was interesting. |

Wow...If I would have known this...???? So sorry you had such a bad time. I thusfar have had only good experiences with them. I will be on HIGH alert now. Thanks for the helpful comments all. |

It does get confusing here, differentiating between all the sites with "Fabric" in their name--sometimes I think they change names to confuse people? I know Fabric.com, but haven't tried others yet..... |

Yes, I agree with this review of Fabric.com I shop with them often. I ordered my matte jersey for the contest from them and it is beautiful. I order fabric by the yard and have never been told that I had to order by the bolt. I have spoken with their customer service person and have sent them emails and they have always answered right away. If I order fabric on Monday I get it no later than Wednesday unless the post office is closed or something. Never had any problems with them. I always refer my clients to them with no problems and we have always received our fabric timely. I have order as small as 3 yards of fabric at a time. |

There is a site out there called www.fashionfabric.com who is associated with Denver Fabrics. They are often backlogged on fabrics and if I order on a Monday it could take as long as a week or two before I receive the fabric. They are not as helpful as www.fabric.com are. Maybe these two have gotten confused because they both have the fabric.com in their name. Denver fabric use to be a separate store and have since merged with Fashionfabric.com therefore, Denver fabric doesn't always have the fabric in stock. Not associated with www.fabric.com. |
