Very user-friendly, very good prices. The prices are in USD, but show the CDN equivalent, as well. There is a shopping cart to place your order, but payment is done separately.
How is the customer service?
The customer service is brilliant!

I ordered an OOP Vogue jacket pattern. After ordering, I received an email within minutes confirming my order, and saw the "Hold" appear on the website on my pattern. (I thought this a very nice way of saying "back off, everyone, this is LYNN'S pattern!!!")
I mailed my cheque, and received a shipping confirmation the following day.
Would you recommend this site to others?
I highly recommend this website, and I plan to do a lot of stalking of it myself, lol!
