How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf? I find the web site very clean and easy to navigate. They sell all types of appliances and sewing related items. They also sell through ebay and Amazon.

Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart? It is a commercial site with secure shopping. They are also part of the Better Business Bureau's online reliability program.

How is the customer service? The customer service is excellent. Fast, quick and friendly.

Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time? I purchased two Janome muffling mat from them through Amazon. I received an order verification and shipping notice very quickly.

I was very disappointed however when my package arrived and it only contained one muffling mat. I sent an email to them letting them know that I had only received one mat and that I would like a refund for the second mat.

Within a couple of hours, I got an email apologizing for the error and letting me know that they would issue a refund for both mats. This was on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday afternoon, the refund was credited back to my credit card.

Would you recommend this site to others? Yes and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
