Yes it is a commercial website. The prices are pretty reasonable I thought. The shopping cart is secure & easy to use. How is the customer service? Super fast shipping, Packing list easy to read, everything accurate. Shipping cost is also reasonable in my opinion. All items enclosed on the first shipping no back-orders. That is a PLUS for me!

Would you recommend this site to others? Yes I would recommend based on this purchase. I really like the iron holder that fits right on the door & is metal & heavy duty. I bought because my kitty cats are so noisy they are always getting the iron no matter whereelse I put it! The divider containers I purchased for my sewing machine feet & needles. The dividers are put in by the buyers so you can vary size easily & have larger slot for ruffler , smaller slot for straight stitch feet.
I felt the price per item also was quite good. I have not been able to find the iron holder anywhere & am so glad to have it now.
