How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?
Website is very easy to use. It's even easy to navigate on my phone, although I did the purchase on my regular computer. Is this a commercial web site? If yes how are the prices? Do they have a secure shopping cart?
This is a commercial website, and yes they have a secure shopping cart. I thought the prices were good for the quality, and they have a quantity discount. It's probably worth stocking up if you like sewing bags to save on the shipping. How is the customer service?
The customer service is amazing. I got email updates continuously as my order was received, processed, fulfilled and then shipped. Have you bought anything from this web site? If yes, was the item delivered on time?
I bought quite a bit of purse hardware from them. I really liked the look of their hardware -- little bit heavier gauge than some buckles and sliders I've seen, and no gaps in the metal like some of the purse hardware I've looked at. I always worry that little gap will get bigger and snag the fabric on my bags. I took a risk and bought sets of 10 to get a discount (although there is no minimum), and now I'll have a stock of hardware in my stash to work with. I entered my order on Sunday night, and by 9am Monday morning had already received e-mail that they had shipped it. I thought that was a phenomenal response time. I chose to have everything shipped USPS priority mail, and I received it on Thursday. This morning I opened my e-mail to find that I had received a refund on the shipping because my order fit in a smaller box than they thought it would. I have been using USPS Priority mail a lot for packages because they seem to be faster than UPS, and for me, often, cheaper. Would you recommend this site to others?
