My stretch woven fabric has 12% stretch, what kind of interfacing I should use for the zipper part? Can I use non stretch woven fabric?

12% stretch is not much stretch, so you should be fine using regular interfacing. For really stretchy knits I would stick with tricot interfacing. Of course with really stretchy knits, depending on what you're sewing, you may not need a zipper at all!
