What adjustments need to be made?
Tried a search, not coming up.
Thanks in advance.

In short,
1. under the armhole, raise it to 1/2 inch (or how much ever needed) to not show bra.
2. reduce 1/2 inch (or how much ever needed) of the shoulder width at shoulder point

Assuming you aren't making a muslin:
Raise the bottom of the armscye as desired. Baste shoulder seams wrong sides together and side seams. Mark new armscye position and shape. Observe front armscye for gaping; if observed, pinch out gape as a tiny dart, widest at armscye, nothing at neckline and transfer those corrections to paper pattern... just fold the tiny dart out of the paper and let it disappear.
Release the tiny dart on the front bodice and remove shoulder basting. Drape the excess in the front armscye up and out towards the point of the shoulder, and sew the shoulder seam.

Thanks all, Those were my thoughts, aiming for wearable muslin.
