Does Hancock's Fabrics ever have coupons like Joann's?

The reason I ask is because no Joann's stores in my area carry Peltex #70 (the sew-in version). I've been wanting to use my 40% coupon on a bolt of it, but I don't think that's going to happen unless they let me order it an apply the coupon to the order.

On the Hancock's flyer that I receive in the mail, there usually is a 40 percent off of one FABRIC purchase. Not sure if peltex would qualify? I think you can sign up for their flyers online.

Ah yeah, I didn't know they had a newsletter, so I signed up this past weekend hehe.

They're right down the street from me, so I guess it's a "good thing (TM)" that they have the Peltex I needhehe.

Some people only carry the #71 or #72 but those are fusible and cost tons extra. I don't mind taking the extra time to baste it to the fabrics.

See if they'll take your Joann's coupons. Most chain stores will accept the competition's coupons. I use Linens&Things and Bed, Bath & Beyond coupons interchangeably, Joann's and Hancock's interchangeably, Michael's and AC Moore and also Joann's will take Michael's or AC Moore for craft items.

If you sign up at the store you can get snail and email.

Hah that's weird, didn't know that!

Well I did hit up Joann's at lunch just to see if they could order me the #70 and they could, so I have 10 yards of the Pellon Peltex #70 coming my way for a woppin' $35. That put my bags back under my budget, so I'm happy that I don't have to raise my prices :)

My local Hancock would NOT accept a Joann's coupon.Or any other competitors for that matter.

I have another store called Rag Shop that always has GREAT coupons, so if I can't get over to them, I just use them @ Joann's.
